VAT exempt orders for the disabled

We are allowed to zero-rate the supply of a product to a disabled customer as long as certain criteria are met as follows:

1. A declaration by the manufacturer that the product concerned was "designed solely for use by disabled people".
2. A document that shows the eligibility of the customer for disabled person's relief. To achieve this, we have a form that we can send for you to complete and return.
3. Must be for personal or domestic use.

Contact us if you think that your order may meet the above criteria. Please note that obtaining the required declaration from a manufacturer is outside our control. We are happy to request it but if the manufacturer does not produce the document, there may be nothing more we can do.
