DPT & Supreme Pool Tables - Delivery & Installation Information

Slate Bed Pool Tables and the Supreme Pool Tables are delivered by a team of experts who only deal with the delivery of Pool and Snooker Tables. The standard delivery service is a 'kerb-side' delivery, meaning that it is the customer's responsibility to bring the table into the premises and then set it up. As the tables are large and very heavy it is advisable that at least two adults are present to move the table indoors and into position.

The Pool Tables require assembly and can take around an hour to put together. Again, at least two adults are required to assemble the table. Please be aware that the slate is very heavy and can be fragile if not handled carefully. Neither the courier nor we can accept any resposnsibility for damage occured during installation if undertaken by a customer.

Slate Bed Pool Tables are usually delivered in three parts that will require assembly - if the professional intsallation upgrade is not selected. The parts are:

The Table Legs (with all bolts and adjustable leg levellers)

The Body of the Table (inside of which will sit the Free Accessories; 2 Cues, Triangle, Box of Chalk, Box of Red and Yellow Balls)

The Cloth covered Slate

Supreme Pool Tables lead time is normally 6 - 8 weeks as they are generally made to order, but can take longer for outlying areas and at busy times.

Prior to delivery, you will be contacted by the delivery team. You will be given as much notice as possible of your delivery date. If delivery cannot be accepted on the date given, you will be moved over to the next run covering your area (this can sometimes be up to approximately 4+ weeks depending on location). But once booked in and confirmed with the delivery team, if then cancelled charges will occur. If customers have holidays booked in advance, please confirm dates your away upon booking and no delivery will be attempted during those times.

Once booked, this date cannot be changed unless a weeks notice is given. If sufficient notice is not given then you may be charged the full delivery cost (£90 + VAT), plus installation cost if applicable (£79 + VAT).

With orders to areas further than 250miles of OL10 postcode please contact for delivery times.

Orders to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland cannot be placed on the website. However, we may be able to get a special quote - email us with your full delivery address for more information.

Assembly / Delivery Service

A professional installation service is available when placing your order - for an additional cost. If opted for, the delivery team will bring your Pool Table into the house and then assemble the table where required. They will ensure that the table is expertly put together and perfectly levelled for optimum performance.

Please note that this service assumes that the installation site is on the ground floor of the property and that there are no access issues, tight corners or other potential obstacles. Installations that require the table to be taken up or down a flight of stairs are possible, but these will incur extra charges. Any flights of stairs or access issues must be declared prior to delivery.
