Gamesson Large Tables Delivery Schedule
These tables are sent on a pallet delivery service. The lead time is normally 2 - 4 working days but can take longer for outlying areas and at busy times. The order lead time starts from the time the order is received by the supplier. Orders received after 11am will not be processed until the next working day. The delivery company will contact you by telephone to pre-book the delivery. It is important that a mobile phone number is provided as this will be used to coordinate the delivery timing. Through text, you will be able to amend and confirm delivery times. An email address would also be helpful as a secondary method of contact. These details will only be used for delivery purposes. It is important multiple contact details are provided because once an order is collected by the carrier, if a booking cannot be made with the customer, the goods will be returned to the warehouse and redelivery charges will apply (minimum £35). Day 1 (day before dispatch) the delivery team will contact you to let you know the planned delivery date and an option to change the date free of charge up to 5 days. Day 2 (or the evening before delivery date) another communication will be sent to let you know the estimated 2 hour timeslot window of delivery. On day 3, you will receive a final communication with a tracking link of the crew so you can get a more accurate ETA. Please note this is a 'kerbside' delivery service - what this means in practice is that the delivery guys will normally deliver to your front door or garage but some assistance may be needed from the customer. The delivery company for Gamesson only make deliveries within mainland UK and so orders to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland cannot be placed on the website. However, we may be able to get a special quote - email us with your full delivery address for more information. Gamesson Football Tables require simple assembly by two able-bodied adults and can take more than an hour to put together.
Assembly / Delivery Service / Cancellations
A full assembly service is unfortunately unavailable. Pallet deliveries are only guaranteed for kerbside or to door of warehouse but the pallet will be taken to your door, if conditions permit. The pallet can normally be taken away by the carrier if you prefer. We cannot be held responsible for additional costs incurred if our deliverers are not given due warning of difficult access or if there are any vehicle restrictions which may make delivery difficult (e.g. weight restrictions, low bridges etc). . If the delivery crew decide upon arrival that the table cannot be delivered to the requested location then their decision is final. If a delivery is unable to be made due to limited access the delivery crew were not made aware of, this can result in re-delivery charges. If delivery people are unable to deliver or install due to inaccurate information about the property, we will not be able to refund the cost. Any order sent by the two man team and cancelled after it has left the warehouse will be accepted back subject to a surcharge of £70.00 per order. If a table needs returning, except under warranty, there will be a £70 charge, plus any postcode surcharges and the table must be returned in the original packaging. Any order cancelled less than 24 hours before the agreed delivery date will incur a £30 cancellation fee.
Damaged Goods
You should be able to unpack the table on arrival and will be asked to provide a signature to confirm you are happy with the condition of the table. This signature is a confirmation that the table was received in good order. You may ask the driver to wait while they inspect the product, but if they do not have time you must sign the POD as unchecked . You will then have 10 days to make a claim if they find any damage. Any damages need to be reported to Masters Traditional Games immediately. Failure to follow these instructions may result in the damage claim being denied.
