The delivery company will contact you at least 24 hours in advance to pre-book the delivery on a mutually convenient day. Normally they will be able to give you an a.m. or p.m. slot and it is vital that someone will be in to accept the delivery at that time.

The delivery team are also professional billiard table fitters and will assemble and set up the table for you.

Cancelled and Failed Deliveries
If the delivery team arrive at your premises on the pre-agreed date but there is no-one to receive the goods, all possible efforts will be made to contact you. If you cannot be reached and there is nowhere suitable to leave the table then you will still be invoiced for delivery charge. Similarly, if you cancel the delivery within 24 hours of the arranged time slot, it won't be possible to re-allocate the delivery time slot and so again, regrettably the delivery cost will still be charged.
