This is an unusual Northamptonshire Skittles table originally made by Black's that has been refurbished to bring it back to life again.

The table clearly has some history because it is different to a standard Black's table, having undergone some modifications in the past. The original net has been replaced with a vertical net frame that is now attached by bolts and wingnuts to the sides. This has been done in a very solid way so should last well. The net is easily detachable.

The legs are unusual because the bottom part of each leg is removable, presumably for easier storage. The removable leg portions attach to the top half with a short piece of wooden rod and the table essentially rests on the 4 leg sections without further support. So when the table is lifted, the leg sections are left behind. Of course, the legs could be stuck permanently in place if desired.

The leather and woodwork have been done up and the replacement frame and net completely refurbished. Because the playing surface is perfectly useable we have not replaced it; just cleaned it up. Therefore the it does show some scratches and some wear and tear - see pictures. Gameplay is unaffected.
