A Bar Billiards table by Jelks - a wonderful piece of furniture. Although reconditioned some time ago, this Bar Billiards table is in excellent condition. The table is very robust with elegant Oak cushions and Oak panels and was made by Jelks who consistently made the most desirable and best looking tables. The date of manufacture is most probably mid-1930s. These tables are usually Mahogany or Beech so an Oak version is highly unusual. Bar Billiards tables of this ilk tend to hold or increase their value over time and can serve to greatly enhance the look of a room.

There are seven white balls and one red one. Two natural wood skittles and one black. There are 2 cues with chalk. There is a separate scoreboard and a fixed header board which shows the scores for each hole at the far end of the table.

The two pictures are not of the actual table but have been selected to give an accurate representation. The table has a beautiful honey-Oak colour similar to the leg pictured.

Important note: This table does not have the timer mechanism and so is not suitable for a commercial environment nor for those for whom a strict timed game is vital. Of course, the timer is easily simulated with an egg timer or electronic timer if desired.
