This fun 2.5m diameter play parachute is designed to encourage social skill, cooperation and simply allow children and adults to have lots of fun.
Generally speaking, a group of people stand around the perimeter of the parachute all holding the edge. A variety of games can be played - some competitive and some involving the group working together. For instance, the idea might be to get a ball rolling from one side of the parachute to the other. Or perhaps a person might stand under the parachute while the others flap it up and down - just for the sheer joy of it!
