A stunning olive burl chess set by Manopoulos of Greece. Featuring a large 50cm chessboard and Staunton-style chess pieces, the set is presented in a wooden storage case.

The wooden chess pieces are all weighted and felted with a king height of 8.9cm. They are in a beautifully contrasting light and dark wood finish.

The 50cm square chessboard is beautifully crafted with inlaid olive burl and oak wood squares.

The set is presented in a nicely crafted wooden storage box with a hinged lid and metal clasps.
